Refund Policy

At Sampoorna Nilayam Gents PG Perungudi, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund policy. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for reservations and associated fees.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover potential damages or violations of house rules. The security deposit, less any applicable charges for damages or violations, will be refunded within 10 days after the resident's check-out.

Refund Process:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to balajirajj@gmail.com / 8754416888. The refund amount will be processed via the original payment method whenever possible. Refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed.

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, refunds may be subject to adjustments based on the nature of the situation.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to this refund policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Sampoorna Nilayam Gents PG Perungudi.
