In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, refunds may be subject to adjustments based on the nature of the situation.
Exceptions to this refund policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Sampoorna Nilayam Gents PG Perungudi.
